I'm a freelance user experience designer and I've been helping people to create usable interfaces for ten years.

The interfaces I have designed made specific tasks easier. These tasks include managing bandwidth trees, safely selecting and prescribing medications to patients, monitoring live investment data, analysing large sets of information and placing an electronic trade.

I have worked on long term projects on site with large corporate clients Microsoft and UBS and have juggled smaller projects in UX agencies Bunnyfoot and Flow Interactive. This has exposed me to many ways of working in various sectors. I have worked on applications for telecommunciations, investment banking, oil distribution and web sites for government, media and marketing agencies.

My early career involved travel to Iceland and Uganda for ethnographic studies, Moscow to work alongside developers and Cyprus to showcase the user interface for our new products. It even had me trekking across London with a portable eye-tracker to test primary school children for the BBC. I've calmed down a bit now.

All of these projects have given me the chance to work with some great people and made me thirsty for more.
